Rosalyn Rubenstein, Principal
Rosalyn Rubenstein, MMSt, CTDP, CMC, is the Principal of Rubenstein & Associates. A pioneer of specialized professional services, for over twenty-five years she has provided executive training, facilitation and consulting services, helping a wide range of cultural and creative clients across Canada and internationally. A theorist as well as a practitioner, the author of scientific papers, popular articles and training resources, her work has been widely endorsed by professional associations at home and abroad.
Rosalyn has a post-graduate degree in the cultural field (museum studies) and two professional designations — certified training and development professional and certified management consultant, credentials which set her apart with a commitment to global standards of excellence. A respected senior consultant, she is an examiner (oral assessor) for the CMC certified management consultant designation to candidates from all industries and sectors, from education and not-for-profits to financial services and technology.
Rosalyn Rubenstein began her career working in cultural organizations in Canada and in the U.K. and started her business as a social entrepreneur to pursue innovative work for community engagement, widely practiced today. In her new work — Leadership for Engagement and Empowerment — she takes it to the next level. Her vision and dedication continue to drive the company and inspire both its clients and the profession with forward-looking expertise.
Research and Development
Research and development has been an integral part of Rubenstein & Associates since its inception, providing insights on industry trends and proprietary resources to build capacity. Research is also shared widely through industry events, public lectures and publications.
